Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to attract top talent while strengthening our employer brand. This dual-role position will focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, including career fairs and university partnerships, as well as enhancing our company's image through social media and internal engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- o Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the company.
- o Represent the company at career fairs, university job events, and networking functions to identify and attract high-potential candidates.
- o Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and academic institutions.
- o Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
- o Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Employer Branding:
- o Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to attract and engage talent.
- o Create content that showcases company culture, employee stories, and achievements.
- o Plan and execute internal team engagement activities, including events, employee spotlights, and appreciation programs.
- o Partner with Marketing/Design for branding support when needed.
- o Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve branding strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, employer branding, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience organizing or participating in career fairs and university outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other employer branding tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and team engagement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR tech platforms or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Event planning and project coordination experience.
- Strong copywriting or content creation skills for social media.
